Requirements: Work with both parents; there is an Application fee of $150. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to the intake interview. There is also a $30 per 2-hour visit fee, $20 per 1 hour visit fee, and $15 per one- or two-way exchange; must provide all court documents, including all materials re custody and access; any assessment reports; disclosure re criminal charges; disclose any CAS involvement; visits are structured i.e. Weekly/biweekly.
